Mission
Our mission is to facilitate balance in unity, service and recovery by being actively and continuously engaged to foster unity, as our personal recovery depends upon it; to encourage young people to be active participants in AA service at all levels: local, regional, national, and international; and to support young people in their recovery from alcoholism using the 12 step program of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Purpose
We, the members of MDYPAA, are committed to the primary purpose of maintaining sobriety and assisting others to stay sober. MDYPAA is comprised of young people, and young at heart, from Areas 29 and 13, directly responsible to our areas, and any A.A.s, anywhere, who have the desire to stop drinking.
